Your transcript file will not leave your device during upload or parsing. You'll review any information derived from your transcript before it is submitted.

Data handling: After receipt, the submission is processed and then deleted in raw form. Only statistics and course information remain, with some metadata recorded to ensure the service works properly.

FERPA consent: I voluntarily consent to disclose my education record information, as will be presented to me before being transmitted. If I agree to transmit it, it will be sent to a server hosted on Microsoft Azure under a Johns Hopkins University-Associated Microsoft account and may be accessible to the creator of this website (as named in the SGA's Course Transparency Act) and anyone they deem to have a legitimate interest in accessing such information, including but not limited to other members of the Student Government Association or Johns Hopkins University administrators. In addition, some data, including but not limited to aggregate statistics on course grades, may be published to other parties and/or the public. Data is processed before being stored, and data derived from my transcript will not be explicitly linked with my name or email, although metadata or information that could be used to determine your identity may remain. Accuracy: I confirm the transcript I upload is mine and accurate to the best of my knowledge. I will not abuse the service or submit data more than once by bypassing protections in place.
